Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when using account, purchase, support, or consulting features.

In-App Purchases

Some lessons and course packages require payment through Apple In-App Purchase. Paid products are currently sold as non-consumable digital content. Access is linked to your app account and App Store purchase verification.

All payment, refund, billing, and purchase-management rules are handled by Apple according to App Store terms and policies.

Content Rights

All videos, podcasts, images, quiz content, text, and app materials belong to Mr Tu or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use the content for personal learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, upload, or share paid content without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, bypass purchase controls, attack backend systems, scrape content, or use the app in a way that violates law or harms other users.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in the app from Profile > Xóa tài khoản or through the public account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or store platform reasons.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
