App
Mr Tu provides real-estate education content, podcast episodes, quizzes, event information, and consulting-service information.
Information We Collect
We may collect information needed to operate the app:
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, and sign-in provider.
- Profile information such as avatar photo, display name, gender, and contact details you choose to provide.
- Learning activity such as course progress, video progress, quiz attempts, quiz scores, and selected answers.
- Purchase entitlement information such as purchased course or lesson IDs, transaction references, and verification status.
- Support or consulting contact information if you choose to contact us.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide login and account features, save learning progress, show purchased content, restore purchases, improve learning features, provide support, and comply with legal, security, fraud-prevention, and store-platform requirements.
Payments
Payments for iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We store purchase entitlement records so the app can unlock paid content and restore access.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services including Firebase, Apple, Google, and Facebook login-related SDKs. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies. Advertising ID collection and Facebook automatic app event logging are disabled in the iOS app configuration.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion inside the app from Profile > Xóa tài khoản. You can also use the public account deletion page. Some transaction records may be retained if required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, or store-platform requirements.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect user data. No system is perfectly secure, and users should keep their login credentials safe.
